- Divide the chicken from at the chest into pieces and then pinch with a meat hammer from all directions.
- Season the chicken with marinade prepared from all sides.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and cover and insert the chicken for at least 7 hours until the marinade is drunk (preference to season the chicken before cooking for a full night)
- Grill the chicken on the charcoal for 10 minutes or until golden, turn on the other side and grill for 20-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Serve hot next to your favorite dish.

- 1 lemon bead, squeezed
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 Small Grated Onion
- 10 garlic cloves mashed
- 1 cup water

- In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients well until completely homogeneous.
- Set aside the bowl until it is used to season the chicken.

- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp honey

- 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon cummins
- 3 cloves garlic mashed
How to make healthy roast chicken
- In a bowl, mix the oil with honey, tomato sauce, garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and cumin. Stir the mix well.
- Season the chicken with the previous marinade and stir well, then insert the chicken cooler for at least 6 hours.
- Drain the chicken from the marinade and transfer to the charcoal grill.
- Grill the chicken on the charcoal from both sides, until maturity.

- 500 grams pulled chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 medium potato kernels, sliced
- 1 Medium Chopped Onion
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves mashed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 200ml vinegar

For cream:
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 pack cream for cooking
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves mashed
- 1 teaspoon seasoning problem
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make a creamy roast chicken
- Chicken breasts with a meat hammer to thin fish.
- Mix onion with turkey pepper, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper and paprika together with electric mixer.
- Pour the marinade onto the chicken breasts and leave them soaked for an hour.
- Grill the chicken from both sides beside the potatoes, until ripe.
- To prepare the creamy sauce: heat the butter in a saucepan, then add the garlic and fry until wilted.
- Add the cream, flour and other ingredients, stir until the texture is thick. After the mixture has ripened, pour it over the chicken and serve immediately.
