Cannelloni is a rectangular pasta and is stuffed from the inside.
This dish is one of the most delicious Italian dishes prepared in the most filling manner within the cannellone. Now housewives don't rely on that circular pasta, but there are recipes where dough is made at home to give a special imprint to this special dish.
Cannelloni Amounts
Cannelloni amounts:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sugar
Filler Amounts:
- 1 chopped onion bead
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 grated tomato grain
- 3 peppercorns cubed colors
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 500 grams mince
Canelone Method
- In the electric blender, put the milk, salt, sugar, eggs and flour, mix well and drain the mixture.
- In a frying pan that doesn't stick to a little oil, make a scoop of the mixture fill the pan in the form of a disc, then stir on the two sides until cooked.
- In another pan put the oil, ghee, onion and garlic and their reds become golden.
- Add the tomatoes and pepper, stirring well to prepare the filling, then the mince and tomato sauce, stir well until ripe, then season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the cannellone with the mixture and wrap it in a roll shape until you finish the amount. In an oven tinted with ghee, place the stuffed cannellone and add the sauce to the face.
- Insert the oven mold until its face is browned and then serve directly.

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Filler:
- 1⁄4 kg minced meat
- 1 large onion bead
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 Liter Pashmil Ready
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How Canelone works with mince and bachamel
- In the blender add the flour, eggs, milk, butter, salt, pepper and beat them well until you get a crepe-like dough.
- In a pan on the heat with a teaspoon of oil, add a ladle of the mixture and roll it out until you make the shape of the crepe, tipping it from both sides until the quantity runs out.
- In a pan over the heat, place a tablespoon of oil, then add the mince, then sliced onions and stir well, then add the tomato juice. Leave the meat to complete its maturity and then cook with salt and pepper.
- Roll the cannelloni with chopped meat and put them in a tray.
- Pour the pashmel sauce onto the Chinese and insert it under the grill in the oven for 5 minutes.

- 1⁄2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1⁄2 cup of mozzarella cheese

The way canelone works with mince and cream
- In the mixture, prepare the cannellone paste, beat the eggs and gradually add the flour, then milk and melted butter. Then put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Pour a few amounts of dough into a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat for tablets and repeat until the dough is finished.
- In a pan over the heat, stir the onion and garlic over the heat with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, then the meat. Keep stirring to maturity and then add spices.
- Add the cream and grated cheese to the meat after ripening.
- Bring the dough circles and put a little ready filler on. Then wrap it in a cylindrical shape until the quantity ends.
- Spread the cream into a tray, put the rolls together and then place the rest of the cream on it.
- Pour chopped tomatoes on the rolls for decoration and a little grated cheese.

How Canelone works with minced meat and tomato sauce
- In the electric blender, place all the dough ingredients and mix well.
- In a frying pan greased with a little oil, make circular tablets of the paste, stir on both sides until cooked.
- Prepare the filling in another frying pan by placing the oil, ghee, onion and garlic well.
- Add the tomatoes and peppers, stir, then mince and tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and let the meat simmer.
- Grill the cannellone and roll it until the quantity ends. Place the stuffed cannelloni in a tray and then add the sauce to the face.
- Red the cannellone face in the oven and then serve directly
