The modus operandi of the application of the Gulf

Add salt, cinnamon, condiment and heart. Leave the pan on the heat until fully ripe, stirring from time to time. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside until filling is used. Cut the dough 20 equal pieces. Form the dough into balls and set aside for 30 minutes. Roll out each piece in a circle shape. Stretch it with your hand until it's the size of the saucer and it's transparent. Put them on a level surface. Brush each piece with ghee and apply it from the four sides until it is in square shape. Repeat the above with only 10 pieces of dough. In a pan heat 2-3 tablespoons oil. Fry the dough in the oil so it turns golden. Lift it up and set it aside. The remaining dough is cut and sprinkled into a loaf. Brush them with ghee. In the middle of each piece put a piece of fried dough and a tablespoon of stuffing. Apply the loaves well from the four sides and close them. Decide the above with all the loaves, fried dough and fillers. In a non-stick frying pan protect ghee well.
