Chicken Edam Method
- In a saucepan on fire, fry the onion, garlic and green pepper in olive oil until their color is yellowed.
- Add the chicken and fry until golden.
- Add the yogurt, tomato sauce, seasoning and water and stir well. Leave the pot on fire until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve the dish hot.

- 1 onion bead, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1⁄2 1 cup cream whisk, for cooking
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Work Edam Indian Chicken with Cream
- In a frying pan on the fire, heat a little oil and then fry the chicken with it, stirring until the chicken changes colour.
- Add the seasoning, and continue cooking, stirring, until the chicken is cooked.
- In a saucepan on fire, fry the onion in olive oil until it whistles and wilts.
- Add the tomatoes, stir well.
- Remove the pot from the heat, and mash the mixture using a hand beater.
- Return the pot to the heat, add the cream while continuing to stir.
- After the cream boils, add the chicken and gently stir until only mixed.
- Serve the idam hot.

- 1 onion bead, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts, clip
- 1 tomato grain, chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon brushed ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cummins
- Olive oil, as needed
How to Work an Indian Coconut Chicken Edam
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper and vinegar.
- In a saucepan on fire, fry the onion in olive oil until it whistles and wilts.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir well until the mixture smells.
- Add the condiment, turn over well.
- Add the chicken and its reds until seasoned.
- Add the tomatoes and sauce, keep stirring, then add the coconut milk.
- Keep cooking until the chicken is cooked, and the edam is made.
- Serve the idam hot
