Bass Method


  1. Marinade: Bring a bowl and place the chopped garlic and red pepper and season with salt, cumin and spices, mix well, then add the lemon juice and stir.
  2. Clean the fish thoroughly, remove the stuffing and wash with salt, lemon and drain.
  3. Grill it inside and outside with the previous marinade and leave it half an hour.
  4. Bring the sliced onions and season with salt and lemon, then add the red pepper, potatoes, coriander, parsley and balls, mix thoroughly, then stuff with the fish.
  5. Place in an oven tray and place the rest of the mixture on top.
  6. Insert the oven until cooked and serve in the serving dish and decorate with the lemon blade.
