Rice is generally one of the most important and indispensable nutrients in any home

- 1 cup soaked rice
- 2 chicken breasts, free of skin, bones and fat

- 1⁄4 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄4 cup of soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sliced colored pepper
- 1⁄4 Cup Oil

- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 cups water
Thai rice method
- In a saucepan, add water with 2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Let the mixture cook on the heat until the water boils and then add the rice.
- In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the onion and reds until wilted.
- Add garlic, red and stir until it changes colour.
- Add the chicken and its reds, stirring, until cooked.
- After the rice is ripe, remove it from the fire.
- After the chicken is ripe, add the seasoning, salt and stir well.
- Add the lobia, tomato sauce and sliced colored pepper.
- Mix the rice with the chicken, then add the soy sauce and bring to the heat for 5 minutes and serve.

- 2 cups Thai white rice
- 250 grams, frozen problem vegetables
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce

How white Thai rice works
- Wash the rice, drain and cook the rice until cooked.
- In a saucepan on fire, fry onion and garlic, sauce, soy sauce, sugar and fish sauce.
- Stir in the mix and then add the formed vegetables, stir well.
- Before the vegetables are ripe, add the rice and heart.
- Garnish the rice with scallions and serve.

- 140 grams brown rice
- 4 Eggs
- 1 handful small coriander, coarsely chopped
- 75 grams peas, frozen
- 250 grams of shrimp, peeled and removed from tails
- 1 red pepper grain, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced clip
- 1 red onion bead, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chilli sauce, serving
How Thai rice works with vegetables and shrimp
- Cook the rice according to the packaging instructions.
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add onion, garlic and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Add the shrimp and continue cooking for a minute.
- Add rice, peas, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir in the mix and add the coriander.
- Leave the rice in a warm place until eggs are prepared.
- In a pan on fire, heat the oil and reef with eggs with salt and pepper.
- Spread the fried rice mix between 4 dishes to serve, then add the fried eggs on top of each dish.
- Serve rice with hot sauce.
